A doctor's dilemma

Nowadays medicine is developing by big steps. New opportunities for the treatment of patients, new medicines and devices are increasingly emerging. But often medical workers find themselves in difficult situations when they need to apply their skills in full force and gather their courage. For example: there are 6 patients in the ward who require prompt treatment, but there are no organs for 5 people in the hospital, but the sixth person needs urgent medicine, as he is in a near-death state. What would I do in this situation?

After thinking a little and understanding the situation, a plan was made in my head how to help the sick.

I think we should follow a logical path. Leaving five people alive would be the most optimal. However, not everything is so simple in medicine. The sixth person after his death will leave organs for use, but the body of other people can reject these organs due to many parameters: the "Rh factor" is not compatible or the antigen on red blood cells (the croi group) also does not combine. These aspects can lead to losses. However, we cannot risk five people at once.

In my opinion, it is necessary to try to transplant organs from the body of the sixth person. Because this way there will be fewer losses, after all, two should stay alive. Therefore, I would make the artificial death of the sixth patient. However, there are also problems here, if this person needs medicine, or rather a serum or an antigen, which means that the body is infected, then all six patients will die, since it will be impossible to transplant organs.

As a result, for such a situation, a lot of tests need to be done to save at least one person. Medicine is hard work, but unfortunately many are not grateful to medical workers. I am amazed at how organized and self-confident a person needs to be to cope with such difficulties.
