Graded task 3. 

   My topic for today about studying smart. Is there anything I do to be more productive and feel better during the day? Of course. Firstly, I'm fully productive by 9-10 a.m., until then I'm get involved in the educational process. I do it every day, except weekends. Secondly, I won’t be really active during the all day, if I have a short sleep. Normal healthy sleep should last 8-9 hours. So, I should go to bed by 22-23 o’clock. I try to do this, but sometimes it doesn't work because I have lots of homework. 

Thirdly, I think that everyone becomes tired by the end of the working week, so productivity is lower. If it doesn't work for you, you're a happy person, because it works for me. The last one my advice is about your preparation for lessons. You will get the new educational material much better if you have learned the old one.
