There are thousands of colours that are meaningful in their own way for different countries. For instance, in China white is the color of death, while for many other European countries white means a truce, birth and marriage. Now I want to tell you about the important colours of Estonia.
The Estonian flag has three colours: blue, black and white. Blue means sky; rivers, seas and lakes of Estonia; loyalty and cornflower, a flower that is a symbol of Estonia, because there are many cornflowers growing there. Black is the colour of the earth and the dark past of the inhabitants, the loss of freedom and independence of the state. White means the colour of snow; faith in a bright future and the return of Estonia's independence and freedom.

There are also several colours that Estonians associate with different concepts. For example, blue for Estonia is wisdom and virtue, loyalty, everything that is associated with goodness and intelligence.

But yellow is associated with failure and mourning, loss, that is very strange, because in many countries yellow is the colour of happiness and wealth.
To sum up, I want to say that for each country, colours have different meanings due to different cultures that have their own features.
