Today we are going to talk about keeping your body fit. Did you know that teens need to do at least one hour of different kinds of sports activities a day? 🤔
There are a lot of different kinds of sports activities like guimnastics, jogging, cycling ets.
If you want to keep your body fit you also need to eat healthy food like vegetables 🥦🥕🌽 or fruits🍍🍎🍓🍇
Well you also need to sleep at least 7 hours to be healthy 💪
Meeting with friends can be helpful too, because you will walk a lot and maje your legs stronger.
After school you can do a lot of things, for example you can go swinning or basketball or volleyball🏐
Also you can do swimming or go jogging or cycling)
At the weekends I usually swim (only if it's summer 🌞🏖️) and go jogging. I also like going out with my friends

I think you can do a lot of exercises with your friends, for example table tennis. This game for two players. You also can play badminton with your friends.
