Как мы работаем с такими заданиями? Сначала переводим сами заголовки, потом поочередно читаем каждый текст или отрывок текста, ищем главную мысль, синонимы. Часто бывает, что, на первый взгляд, могут одновременно подходить сразу 2 заголовка, поэтому окончательную расстановку заголовков осуществляем после того, как прочитали и перевели все тексты. Давайте начнём с несложных, но в то же время, информативных и полезных текстов, и главное, не забываем выбирать "полезную" лексику и пополнять свой словарный багаж.
1. Stratford-upon-Avon is set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon. The town is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Britain. Known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford has much to offer the visitor. In the pedestrianised part of the town centre you will find a lovely house and neat garden surrounded by a small wood, where Shakespeare was born in 1564. The life and times of Shakespeare can be experienced in this little town.

2. The Avon River adds greatly to the picturesque setting of Stratford. It's a great spot for a picnic, where you can watch the swans and tour boats glide by. Take a traditional ferry boat ride across the river to enjoy a riverside walk with open air entertainers and much more. Appreciate the works of Shakespeare live at the famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre on the river. A dinner cruise is another delightful way to spend the evening.

3. There are many treasures a visitor will find strolling about the town. In Church Street you will find the grammar school where Shakespeare was educated. Nash House and New Place, where he lived from 1597 until his death in 1616 are nearby. Another famous home and perhaps one of the most photographed cottages in England is Anne Hathaway’s cottage, where she lived before marrying Shakespeare in 1582. A trip to Stratford would not be complete without taking a short stroll to Ноlу Trinity Church, where William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway are buried.

4. You can visit Stratford by car. It is just one hour’s driving from London and the town has two large car parks available. The train station is conveniently located in the centre of town, a short walk from the tourist information centre, where you can plan an unforgettable visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.
