ЕГЭ АНГЛИЙСКИЙ - ALTHOUGH = THOUGH, Despite = In spite of

ALTHOUGH = THOUGH = EVEN THOUGH После although (хотя; несмотря на то, что) мы используем подлежащее + сказуемое!!!!!! В разговорном английском мы часто используем though в конце предложения: Even though – более сильная форма, чем although: После in spite of или despite (= несмотря на), мы используем = существительное = прилагательное + сущ = местоимение this/that/what/his/her !!!! =V -ing: Вы можете сказать in spite of the fact (that) ... и despite the fact (that) = ПОСЛЕ ЭТИХ ФРАЗ ИСП-СЯ ЦЕЛОЕ предложение!!!!! 1. Although the watch was expensive, he bought it.
2. We went out despite / in spite of the rain.
3. We went out although / though it was raining.
4. Though / although my husband didn’t like the movie, I enjoyed it a lot.
5. He passed the test. However, he didn’t get the job.
6. Although / though he passed the test, he didn’t get the job.
7. They managed to do it though / although I was not there.
8. Tired though he was, he went on working.
9. However hard she tried, she couldn’

После although (хотя; несмотря на то, что) мы используем подлежащее + сказуемое!!!!!!

  • Although it rained a lot, we enjoyed our holiday.
  • I didn’t get the job although I had the necessary qualifications.
  • I didn’t get the job though I had the necessary qualifications.

В разговорном английском мы часто используем though в конце предложения:

  • The house isn’t very nice. I like the garden though.
  • I see them every day. I’ve never spoken to them though.

Even though – более сильная форма, чем although:

  • Even though I was really tired, I couldn’t sleep.

После in spite of или despite (= несмотря на), мы используем

= существительное

= прилагательное + сущ

= местоимение this/that/what/his/her !!!!

=V -ing:

  • In spite of the rain, we enjoyed our holiday.
  • I didn’t get the job in spite of having the necessary qualifications.
  • She wasn’t well, but in spite of this she went to work.
  • In spite of what I said yesterday, I still love you.
  • She wasn’t well, but despite this she went to work.

Вы можете сказать in spite of the fact (that) ... и despite the fact (that) = ПОСЛЕ ЭТИХ ФРАЗ ИСП-СЯ ЦЕЛОЕ предложение!!!!!

  • I didn’t get the job in spite of the fact (that) I had the necessary qualifications.
    I didn’t get the job despite the fact (that) I had the necessary qualifications.

1. Although the watch was expensive, he bought it.
2. We went out despite / in spite of the rain.
3. We went out although / though it was raining.
4. Though / although my husband didn’t like the movie, I enjoyed it a lot.
5. He passed the test. However, he didn’t get the job.
