The most difficult challenge for people who want to speak to a police officer is to find him. You can find him in an airport or in a police station. By the way, there is one police station in the centre of Dmitrov, where I live.
Dmitrov is a quite small town but you can find there some hospitals. In my view, the most visited hospital is Children's one.
