-If a Blizzard Entertainment folder exists in the directory, right-click it and select Delete.

Disable all non-Microsoft services via msconfig (also known as clean boot)

Press Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command dialogue

Type "msconfig" into the box, then click OK

In the System Configuration window that opens, go to the Services tab

Mark the box to "Hide all Microsoft services". **WARNING** This step is very important. Failure to do this could cause the system to become unstable.

Click "Disable all", then click OK

A prompt to restart the computer should appear, please do so

After the system reboots, try the game again. Be sure to launch the game from the Battlenet launcher and not a desktop shortcut

Perform a clean install of your GPU drivers:

-Uninstall the old driver

-Reboot your system

-Download and install the latest drivers from here:

*AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support

*Nvidia: https://www.geforce.com/drivers

**Please note: if you are using a Nvidia GPU, please also make sure you uninstall the following programs: GeForce Experience, 3D Components, and PhysX. While installing the latest driver, you might be prompted to install these programs again. Please do not do so.

Restart MW and try again.

Disable any overlay

-Disable any programs creating an overlay, such as FPS counters (you can enable one in game under Options) or third-party modding programs for other games such as Mod Manager.

-And test CW

Add CW and battle launcher to the Exception list

-Make sure that CW and the Battle.net Launcher and all folders related to both programs are added to the exception list of your antivirus program / Windows Defender & Firewall.

Uninstall and disable any antivirus on the PC:

Click “Settings” in the “Start Menu”. And then choose “Update & Security”. Select “Windows Security” from the left pane and choose “Open Windows Defender Security Center”. Open Windows Defender’s settings, and then click on the "Virus & Threat Protection settings" link. Click the Real-Time Protection, Cloud-Delivered Protection, and Automatic Sample Submission switches to turn Windows Defender off.

Change Screen Resolution

Click the Start button.

Select the Settings icon.

Select System.

Click Advanced display settings.

Click on the menu under Resolution.

Select the option you want. We strongly recommend going with the one that has (Recommended) next to it.

Click Apply.

Undo overclocking:

Undo overclocking on GPU. If using a factory overclocked GPU, use MSI Afterburner or similar app to downclock to the speed of standard version

Change page file setting to automatic:

-Right click on the Windows symbol and choose “System”

-Select “Advanced System Settings” on the top left

-Click on the "Advanced" Tab and select the first button with ”Settings” in the “performance” section

-Click on the “Advanced” tab and then on “Change” in the "Virtual Memory" section

-Choose the hard Drive where Modern Warfare is installed (optional if only one drive is in use)

-Change to "system managed size" (Deselect the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box if it is marked)

-Confirm the restart of the system for the changes to take effect

Delete the full game and reinstall it one more time.

And if that do not work, please go to this link: https://bit.ly/3fVQhaK and fill the information require on there in order to find a possible solution for it.
