In various isoteric beliefs and Eastern religions, the aura is interpreted in different ways. In Eastern philosophies, they claim that the aura consists of 5-7 shells, each of which has its own color. Integrity violation or the shape of these shells leads to disease, and yoga, breathing exercises or meditation can eliminate these disorders. Depending on how developed each individual shell is, so much its color will be presented in the aura. Moreover, each the shell determines certain abilities of a person, his character traits.
