The German convoy of SdKfz armored personnel carriers (Sonderkraftfahrzeug, semi-tracked), which were destroyed by a firing of Republic P-47 Thunderbolt fighter-bombers from the 404th Fighter Group of the US Air Force near the city of Carrouges, on the road towards Ranes town.
