Nothing beats buying a monstrous PC - provided you have the money. An Australian retail store has sold a system unit that is definitely epic. It included two RTX 3090 graphics cards, an AMD 3990X Threadripper processor and a liquid cooling system inside a huge case. The price was AUS $ 30,000 (approximately US $ 23,322).

The incredible system was put together by Melbourne retailer Aftershock PC, which specializes in custom PC builds and high-quality laptops. Buyer Ali Kaos asked for the best system available for AU $ 30,000.

As a result, not one, and two ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3090 video cards were installed in the USA. In the US, each of them would cost about $ 2,000. The remaining characteristics include: 64-nuclear AMD 3990x ThreadRipper processor, 128 GB of RAM G.Skill Neo and 4 TB storages from Gigabyte AC solid-state drives.

As seen in the photos, the PC is also equipped with a fully tuned water cooling system that boasts EK water blocks, three EK D5 pumps and an EK Quantum Reflection 1000D dispenser tank weighing 5.9 kilograms. It also features 18 Corsair fans, two flow indicators, two temperature monitoring sensors, and even an LED screen that, among other things, can be used as a second monitor and display component temperatures.

In order to fit all the components into the case, something very spacious was required. The choice fell on the huge Corsair Obsidian 1000D. But even with its 148-liter capacity, it took a full week to rework the case before everything could fit inside. It took four people to get the monster down the stairs.

Kaos added that the kit includes a fingerprint scanner on the door handle and other "bells and whistles."

Considering how much money the buyer spent, the seller installed a small bronze plaque in the case with the buyer's name engraved.

The buyer said that he will use the PC not only for games, but also for work (3D scanning, CAD programs, etc.). Presumably, the computer will be connected to multiple high-quality monitors to make the most of all that power.
