I suppose it will take two weeks or even more as tourists need to explore everything in detail for their own enjoyment. The perfect season for this trip is summer. There won’t be any rainy and cold days and all the sights will be opened almost until night.

This route is beginner friendly. To the majority of spots people can easily get be underground, bus, car or train. This will save some money for another accommodation and food. There is quite a good range of landscape: forests, hills, busy cities, flatland.

21 June: Summer solsticeΒ - Celebrate the longest day and shortest night of the year at the ancient monument ofΒ Stonehenge

Late August: Notting Hill CarnivalΒ - Held in London over August bank holiday weekend, Notting Hill is the biggest street carnival in EuropeΒ . Join two million carnival goers dancing to pumping calypso music and enjoying Caribbean food as they watch the high energy parade go by.

Last Monday of August:Β Summer bank holidayΒ - the last bank holiday until Christmas, so make good use of it!

Also tourists can become a part of local community while celebrating some local events or chatting with residents.

When there is time between visiting spots people can go and enjoy themselves in local libraries, theme parks(especially when in London) Others can go shopping on Oxford street. You can literally find everything there and buy some souvenirs.

There will be one day off and tourists will be offered to go to Edinburgh, where they can eat the most delicious fudge ever in the famous Fudge House, by train. Moreover, tourists can climb to Arthur’s seat and the Salisbury Crags and visit Edinburgh’s castle. The views are amazing.
