A man who kept having the same dream, or rather nightmare, about dying was terrified when he discovered that it might have a connection with his "past life". TikTokers Robert Tolppi posted a video saying that he had been seeing a dream in which he was dying and a bizarre number stuck in his head.
Robert felt that his skin was "on fire". He said, "When I wake up, I’m all sweaty and the number A-14Z29 just sticks in my head for some reason."
When he searched Google for the number, nothing came up. He decided to reach out to a friend who happens to be an art conservator.
The friend said that the number "sounds like a portrait tag" and so she ran it through her system and it turned out that she was right.
She found a portrait of a man who died of smallpox 500 years ago and to add to it, the man had an uncanny resemblance to Robert.
He now thinks that his subconscious is trying to tell him that he died of smallpox in his past life, as he used the hashtags #pastlife and #timetravel in the caption.
The video has gone viral on the video-sharing app, creeping out netizens.
One user said, "This is literally scaring me, this can’t be real." Another wrote, "If you’re joking let me know, because I’m too scared."
A third user added, "The chills. The chills up and down my body." Yet another said, "You really had me up until the portrait."
