Royal Salad

The salad, though expensive, is very tasty.

Ingredients:

- squid – 200 grams;

- shrimp – 200 grams;

- red salted fish – 200 grams;

- crab sticks – 200 grams;

- mussels (optional) – 150 grams;

- red caviar – 100-150 grams;

- chicken egg – 4-5 pieces;

- parmesan cheese – 50-100 grams;

- onion – 2 pieces;

- garlic – 5 cloves;

- butter – 50 grams;

- vegetable oil for frying;

- mayonnaise to taste.

Recipe:

Coarsely chop the onion (large cubes or half rings). We put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil, send the onion into it and fry until golden brown. Transfer the fried onion to a sieve and remove excess oil. Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water, put on fire, cook until tender and send to cold water. We clean the squid and send it to boiling water. After a minute, we take it out and send it to cold water to stop the thermal process. We clean the shrimp and remove the esophagus. Put the pan on the fire, put the butter. Garlic is crushed with a knife and put in oil. We also send the shrimp there and fry them for one minute on high heat. Take a deep bowl. Crab sticks (I usually take a snow crab) are cut into cubes and sent to a bowl. We clean the eggs, cut them into cubes and also into a bowl. Cut the shrimp, squid, mussels and into a bowl. Adding mussels is purely according to your desire and taste. In red fish, we remove the bones and skin, cut into cubes and also into a bowl. Rub 2-3 cloves of garlic and send it to a bowl. Fried onions also in a bowl. Stir, add red caviar, stir, add mayonnaise and mix again. Spread on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan. The salad is ready!
