To be honest, I don't remember who I spied this recipe from, but I'm sure that those who like fried crab sticks will like it.
Ingredients:
- champignons – 250 grams;
- crab sticks – 200 grams;
- canned corn – 200 grams;
- onion – 1-2 pieces;
- chicken egg – 3 pieces;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe:
We send the eggs into a saucepan, pour water, put on fire and cook until ready. At the end of cooking, we send the eggs to cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. We put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil and send the onion into it. Fry until golden brown. Finely chop the mushrooms, send them to the onion and fry for 5-7 minutes. Put the mushrooms and onions in a deep bowl. Cut the crab sticks into cubes and send them to the same frying pan where the mushrooms were fried. Fry them for literally 3 minutes and spread them to the mushrooms. The eggs are peeled, diced and sent to a bowl. Drain the liquid from the corn and also transfer it to a bowl. Stir and leave the future salad to cool for a while. Next, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mix again and the salad is ready.
