Volunteering can become an example for the younger generations . You'll show them how it makes a difference. And how good it feels to help other people, animals.

Volunteering provides many benefits to both mental and physical health.Volunteering keeps you in regular contact with others and helps you develop a rely support system, which can protect your from depression.Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity.
