All students worried before the exam and in this moments they need a strong shoulder to lean on it and some advices.

At night before the exam you should sleep well, it's really important because if you don't , your brain won't work as you want.

If you can't sleep make some exercise or take sedative medicines.

Read all materials before you go to bed, you will better remember it.

Eat or drink something sweet before the exam, it will activate your brains .

If you forget a word or a phrase go to another exercise and then go back.

Remember that if you fail an exam it's nothing really scary, it's not the end of your life, you can retake it and everything will be ok!
