Since these kind of offers make the artistic store unstable, furthermore this steps take impacts on artists rating in festivals. In the light of this facts there are numerous awards which have been given unfairly. The best illustration was in the start of 21 century when the artistic rewards were bought by investors. On the other hand this kind of approach affect on art developing too, since many professionals do not want to continue there careers because of this environment. Most part of them get disappointment from art and will not have any connection with it in future. The statistics from well known university illustrates that more than 50 percent of painters careers have been dropped down since 2000.
