Russia and the United States have agreed to refrain from using nuclear weapons, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
"At the moment, both sides will not make any attempts to use nuclear weapons," Erdogan said.
Deputy Head of the State Department press Service Vedant Patel earlier confirmed that the head of the CIA William Burns met with the director of the Russian SVR Sergei Naryshkin on nuclear risks.
