The surgery has taken place just recently. Two weeks haven't flown by yet, and I still remember the nightmare of the first night after the operation. I couldn't sleep a wink. I was whining and weeping all night out of sharp, throbbing and pumping pain when the anaesthesia worn off. Even two shots of painkiller didn't help. The following morning the surgeon came to me and changed the bandage. I felt better.
You see how awful my toes look like. Tomorrow, October 13th I'll have the stitches removed. But two spokes in both the second and third toes will have remained till the end of October.
I hope that removing stitches won't hurt me too much.
I'll be very grateful if you leave your comments in case you have some thoughts or similar experience to share with me.
