Hello everyone! We all know, how much is sport important for our lifes. And today, I'm going to show you a sport plan, and what you can do, to be more healthier. Inside and also outside, you can do weight training. It's better for you, to take small kettlebells, for your arms to elevate them easily. Weight training is a style of resistance training that uses free weights and gym machines to increase muscle strength and lean muscle. Before training with weights, it’s important to make sure that you warm up thoroughly, and prepare your body for the workout to come. What about the aerobic? You can do it at home and outside ! It's always better, when the music is on! Aerobic exercise stimulates the heart rate and breathing rate to increase in a way that can be sustained for the exercise session. But I really like cycling! It's really fun cycling together with friends, and it's healthy for legs, because you're training them !
