Hello everyone. Today I want to tell you about my sports plan,because sport occupies one of the most important places in our health and life.
Everyone needs to rest after school,so I advise you to do yoga and meditation.Let your body relax.
During school days you can run. You can even do it with your dog.
If you're interested,then on the weekends you can ride a horse. It's very helpful and fun.
I advise you to play basketball with your friends.This will help strengthen your muscles.
If you don't like spending time with friends,then the best option for you is to go to the gym.
One of the most rewarding activities is swimming. It helps you stay healthy.
In general,there are a lot of sports in the world,do what you like more.
I don't advise you to be lazy and lie on the sofa.
