An exercise plan.

Hello everyone, today I want to tell you something about exercise, that we can do in our free time!

Sport - it`s a very important part in our life, that makes our body and health strong. So everybody need to do some kind of sport.

Students usually have lots of lessons in their school and lots of homework, that make them tired. So some people do sport after school to feel good.

After school you can go swimming to relax your nervous system, improve your blood circulation and musculature.

Also, you can do gymnastics to improve the regulation of breathing, the functioning of the digestive system and abs muscles.

I advice you to start doing acrobatics, it`s really interesting and cool, because you can learn about new tricks for you, strengthen the health of muscles, immunity, bones and heart.

Also, you can do some kinds of sport on school days in the school gym.

Like volleyball, that increases endurance, trains the eyes, improves heart function, improves the work of muscles and joints.

And you can play basketball, that developes dexterity, improves heart function and breathing.

You can do other sports with your family/friends at the weekend.

Like yoga, cycling, tennis and other.

Yoga calms the psyche and improves heart function.

Cycling improves physical and mental health.

Tennis improves the work of heart and breathig, improves immunity.

If you want to keep fit but don`t want to do some difficult exercise, you can jogging every day about 7-9 kilometres an hour.
