Exercises in my free time

Hi, let’s talk about sport today. I’m sure sport is very important in our life. It makes people healthier and stronger. Scientists say that people should do one hour of physical activity every day. So, there are a lot of kinds of sport. They can be indoor and outdoor, winter and summer. Most of us do physical activity at PE classes at school. Mostly we play basketball, volleyball and football in spring and autumn. But in winter we go skiing and ice skating. And of course we can do these sports after school with our friends. It is more pleasant because we can joke, laugh and we don’t have time limits. As for weekends we can devote them to personal trainings. We can choose aerobic training, flexibility training or weight training. As for me I prefer the first one. I like cycling. I go to my grandparents to the village every weekend.
