Macro-Micro Combination
N82.16K is a linear piezoelectric actuator that combines macro manual adjustment and micro piezo adjustment. The macro manual adjustment stroke can reach 9.53mm, and the micro piezo adjustment stroke is 16μm. During use, the mm-level large stroke can be roughly adjusted manually, and then the nm-level displacement and precision can be achieved by piezo adjustment, which is suitable for applications with large strokes and high precision requirements.
1）Macro Manual Adjustment
The macro manual adjustment of N82.16K is realized by the fine thread on the outer shell, and the linear macro adjustment is performed by manually rotating the knurled part.
The macro manual adjustment has very high requirements on the machining accuracy of the thread.
2）Micro Piezo Adjustment
PZT is integrated in N82.16K, and the micro piezo adjustment movement of the piezo linear actuator is realized by applying voltage to it.
3）Lock Nut
For macro manual adjustment, it is equipped with a lock nut, which can lock the position after adjustment.
Small Size Easy Integrated
