According to the UN, women hold the positions of heads of state and government in only 21 countries. Most places in politics are reserved for men. Why? Are women worse than men? Residents of Russia answer this question.
What are the pros?
The Russians named several advantages of women in politics. I can highlight such advantages as:
• better understanding of social issues
• kindness
• softness
• thrift
• a different way of thinking
• wisdom
So what are the cons?
We all are not perfect and have our own disadvantages. Here are the cons of women in politics, which were identified by survey participants:
• emotionality
• tendency to make a rash decisions
• need to take care of their kids
• unprofessional behaviour
