My sport plan.

Sport is an the main part of our life. And in our time, many guys want to do it and not be very tired. After all, we try ourselves in other areas of activity. So, today I want to tell you about my sports plan! 

After school you can go dance. Dance move your body, and makes relax, strong. I go to the dance classes every day, and like to do it!

You can also go and do yoga or meditate, because they also relieve your tired too. And yoga can make your body relax.

On weekends, you can go to the gym and do weight training. Because weight training gives you stronger and healthier muscles. It makes and your bo strong. Or if you not like hard exercises, you can go to aerobic training, it makes you faster.

And in the evening, after weight training, you can go to a Pilates workout. This workout is good for muscle relaxation. And it is very good for your body and muscles.

Also you can play some easy sports for me it is football, basketball, volleyball or tennis.
