Hi everybody. I will tell you the exercise plan. You can do sports in your free time. I'll give you some advice, do sports every day. This will make your body healthy and strong. You can do sports at school in the gyms and do it after school at home or outside. There are many sports, such as : skiing ; running ; swimming ; volleyball ; football ; acrobatics; gymnastics ; athletics and others.
