Day 4.

Oops, a little bit late) Sorry...

For 4 days I have been feeling the lack of sugary products in my body. I have to confess I'm a sweet tooth. I love almost all the sweets: cakes, pastries, chocolate (but not dark), marmalade and so on. The one thing which I don't like is marzipan, however I'm keen on nuts and almond, the taste of this confection makes me dizzy. I know that everybody now tries to reduce the consumption of candies, because it is commonly considered that sugar kills and makes you fat, thus our digestive system can not handle the amount of sugar (which is contained not only in sweets), which a modern person eats every day. All the nutritionists say that we need to cut on sugar and substitute it with fruit and berries, well it is easy to say if you have a high will-power, however mine was broken in the begging of my life.

Do you have any advice how to handle the consumption of sugar?
