''We have proposed legislation on Higher Education Loans.
•Reset the interest rates applied to KYK debts as a "delay hike".
•Defer the debt of the non-income, deferred without interest, structured in a payable manner.
•The loans provided to students should not be seen as the gain gate.''
The statement stated that the proposal should not be the gain gate for students, and that it is envisaged that the debts that young people cannot pay due to unemployment are envisaged. In addition, the law proposal is intended to reset the interest rates applied to KYK debts as a 'delay hike', and to restructure the debt of those without income in a payable manner by deferring interest-free.
