What to do?

1. If you drank or ate something cold and felt that you had a cold throat, then try to take a while, drink a mug of moderately hot water, trying to warm it with your throat (it is important that less hot water gets on your teeth).

2. Washed the dishes with cold water and then felt that they were cold? Type in a basin or a large bowl of pleasantly hot water and lowering your hands in water - warm to saturation.

3. Caught in the rain and got wet - take a hot shower in moderation at home, get some hot tea (you can drink raspberries) and lie down in bed for 40 minutes. It is better if the time interval between subcooling and heating is as small as possible.

4. But it is better not to get caught in the rain (sit in a cafe, go around the store). Donate 1-2-3 thousand rubles and use a taxi to get home, because this money is not comparable with your health and the consequences of hypothermia.

5. Use slippers even in the summer. You can replace them with open ones on top (slates, etc.).

6. Remember about drafts (in transport). Avoid them.

7. It is better to carry a light blouse or jacket (a scarf in a bag) with you (in your hand, bag ...) and use it if there is a chance of hypothermia from changing weather than getting sick from hypothermia.
