There are no trifles in the treatment. It should not only direct treatment to the essence of the disease, but also include in the complex of therapeutic measures the most important methods and conditions for recovery.
About 150 years ago, Professor G.A. Zakharyin advised some patients to walk in the parks and gardens, suggesting an important feature: "At the same time, my friend, turn on the fool".
"What a fool?" the patient asked again.
"Try not to think about anything while walking!" - answered the professor.
This advice is very simple, but its significance is very important. Communication with nature gives peace of mind, and it gives inhibition to the excited nerve centers of the brain, from where influences come from the peripheral nerve centers to the organs.
Modern man is overloaded with information and concerns even more than his ancestors 150 or 100 years ago. Therefore, in some cases (there are quite a few of them), it is not possible to limit treatment only to special medical methods (in the case of our Clinic, physiotherapy). Remedies for additional sedation help.
Nature treatment
The other day (on one of the May holidays) I was walking along the Kaluga city forest. I have long been called to walk on this island of nature near Kaluga. But living in Moscow, and being, albeit rare, in Moscow parks, he did not even imagine what a boron in Kaluga might be. And what?
Initially, almost everyone understands that any finding among the almost wild plant and wildlife is useful. But in this case, a walk in the woods is a bit special.
Of course, at the entrance to the forest you meet posters introducing you to nature and urging you to be polite and grateful to it. To the meeting and from behind - people - the same idly walking or playing sports (jogging and bicycles). Around - trees rising upwards, below all vegetation.
You choose your direction and after a while the number of fellow citizens decreases, and you go out into a large slightly hilly meadow, surrounded on one side by pine trees, and on the other - a one-story house and several household buildings of the local forester.
Roads - scaffolds - lead on. You look - the edges are not visible, but on the sides of the pine, on the branches of which under the spring sunlight the bark casts gold. Around - a lot of fresh forest air.
You stop - take pictures. Forest flowers and trees. Some, followed by others. Here's a handful like a natural flowerbed. It is a pity that photography does not convey the purity of air and the tranquility of the forest that surrounds you.

Kilometers of walks are not important, but it is important to be in the park, forest, garden ... 30-60 minutes or even more.
A single stay in nature is good, but regular treatment is required for real treatment. Ideally, 3 times a week (every 1-2 days). You can combine such regular visits to forest areas with several days (5-7 days) of daily outdoor recreation (spa holidays).
