As you know every matter consists from atoms,so the human body too. While growing up the body will get required vitamins and minerals from the food and liquids which we will use in daily life. In fact, the fruits or vegetables will use same minerals and water from the ground by attracting compounds or molecules.
All this molecules consists from atoms too. In previous life of these atoms were belong to other animals or fruits in the same way. Since after death or transformation of matter it will return to the ground again. The interesting point is that, the current atoms in your body can be belong to dinosaurs or fruits in its previous life which was before several millions of years .
This continues exchange and journey of atoms is unstoppable process and will continue until there is life on the Earth.
