Since its foundation, Brookes Moscow school has been providing students with school bus services, the network of which covers the central, northwestern and northern parts of the city and suburbs. The service is provided by the school’s contractor, "Transport Link Service (TLS Charter)" company, which has earned its reputation for providing transportation services for leading international schools in Moscow.
In order to ensure a high level of service and security, to identify moments that need improvement, the school conducted a survey of parents and students about the level of satisfaction.
According to the results of the survey, it was revealed that more than 92% of respondents use the school bus service both on the way to school and back home, while more than 95% of students use buses on a daily basis.
89% of respondents rated the reliability of the school bus service as “excellent or very good”, for 78% the pick-up / drop-off points are very convenient, for 67% the route is very convenient. The vast majority of respondents noted the cleanliness, comfort, safety of buses. The visual identity of the buses is at an acceptable level, but parents would be happy to see more recognizable branded buses. The work of drivers and bus monitors is evaluated very well, while parents and students provided a number of valuable additional comments that will be worked out in detail.
According to the results of the study, the school will take steps to improve communication on emerging issues, consider opportunities to increase the recognition of buses, and develop measures to increase the efficiency of route planning.
