Good morning, Barrie, hope you are fine. Thanks you find time to write to me. I do understand you are very busy this period. Don't worry I will wait till you return home.
Does your Skype work well enough? I mean its speed. Yesterday I talked to my friends from other cities on Skype. The speed was good only during the first 10-15 minutes. And I could hear them well but they could hear me with some delay, some hitch. Hope we will be able to talk without those problems.
You know here, in Russia, there is such a tradition to cook a lot of food for the New Year's table. But I never do it. This time I cooked a dish which Russians call pelmeni. It's like Italian ravioli fulfilled with minced meat. Have you ever tried them?

I called to my relatives and friends to congratulate them in the afternoon as I was afraid the connection would be bad later in the evening.
And I congratulated my driving instructor as well and promised to take his lessons in spring. Now our roads are full of snow and ice. It's dangerous to drive. I like the instructor as he is always so patient with me.

It is a little cold in the flat. But I like it. I spin my hoola hoop. It helps me both to keep fit and warm. lol I'm sure woman's figure must have a shape of a guitar. It looks more sexy. But it's my opinion. And heavy hoop is very useful for it. lol
Tomorrow both my girl friends Lena by name will visit me. We are going to cook pelmeni with cherries. Later we will go to the swimming pool but maybe not. As you can see I'll be busy. But I hope I'll find time to write to you, dear.
