2. If cooled, warm up (hot tea, in the shower, hands - under the stream of pleasantly hot water ...).

3. High-calorie nutrition throughout the day.

The source of energy is food. In cool weather, well-prepared moderately fatty meats with cereals and pasta will help, it is important to use broths, soups and borsch. Even if not a lot. Regularity throughout the day is important. Of course, do not forget about vegetables and fruits.

4. Get enough sleep.

Fall asleep on time. Allow the body to recover more and more fully. The first hours of sleep until 24.00 are the best. This means that the optimum time for falling asleep is 22.00.

Lie down twice during the day for 15-20 minutes (always horizontally). Try not to think about anything at this time.

5. Protect yourself from wind and drafts.

It is very important. Not only clothes will help here, but also a better position. On the street, shield yourself from the wind, becoming obstacles to the wind. Do not get into transport in places where there are drafts (or feel free to cover your head and neck with a hood, scarf, etc.).
