War. The war has always been and will always be there. Evolution of the humanity creates an illusion that the world is becoming more civilized and that violence, whatever form it takes, is a vestige of the primitive communal system. But this view is superficial. In fact, the war never stops by constantly moving from one level to another. And the war, accompanied by shelling and bombing, is only the tip of the iceberg of the confrontation that is constantly happening in the world between these or those forces.
War, the way we normally got used to see it, long ago became a relic of the past, indeed. And today, on the world map, such methods of war take place locally and sporadically. But this does not follow that the war is over on other levels. In terms of the Concept of Public Safety these levels number six precedences.
What is the Concept of Societal Safety? The Concept of Societal Safety reveals the essence of human evolution from philosophical, social, psychological, economic, political and other points of view. The CSS system dates back to 1987. It was then that the initiative group, which calls itself the "Internal predictor of the USSR", began to study and collect information about the development of the society, methods of controlling, methods of confrontation between countries and peoples, methods of influence on the human psyche etc. One of the main objectives of the CSS is to study methods of genocide and structural controlling of the society. And according to the CSS, there are six precedences to control the society. So, let us consider these six levels of warfare, starting with the most crude forms to the most subtle.
Precedence six is military.
Its the crudest level of warfare known time out of mind.
The ways of self-destruction have been updating, the scope and number of victims have increased, but the point has always remained unchanged: destroy as many of your own kind in the struggle for resources, living space, idea, power, religion, and so on. Nowadays, where the planet is mainly controlled by transnational corporations, this form of warfare is inefficient and unprofitable. It is unprofitable to destroy the enemy's territory and turn it into burnt soil, moreover, it is also unprofitable to destroy the enemy. Because today the war is carried on to expand the market, and if you destroy the enemy people, then who will consume goods and services? In the era of religious and ideological wars, this method of struggle was acceptable, because the primary task was to destroy those who worshiped a "wrong" god or something like that. But the era of crusades is over for good and today, even if the war begins under the pretext of fighting the gentiles or dissidents, the main task remains to expand the market. So, it is unprofitable from the economic point of view to 'plow' the enemy's territory with missiles.
The fifth precedence is genenic.
This level ceases the cannonade of the guns because, as mentioned above, of its small effectiveness and economic damages.
Subordination of the enemy is carried out at a more subtle level — at the level which corrects cultural and moral values. Throughout the civilized world it is forbidden to conduct military operations with the use of toxic substances. And no civilized country would allow itself to cover enemy trenches with gas-choking projectiles. But nobody forbade to supply the country of a potential or strategic enemy with alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs. But to fill the shelves with alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs means nothing. No sane person would just pay money for his own poisoning. So now the media comes into play, where smoothly and unobtrusively a person will be explained that smoking is just a way to relax, and alcohol is a food product, which a normal person cannot ignore.
Of course, when an adult with an adequate world-viewing is faced with such information, he will simply twist his finger at his temple. But the target audience of such content is children and adolescents, who can be inspired anything, if you colorfully show them what to swallow, what to suck in and that is how they get demoralized; all that is offered as a lifestyle of independent adults etc. And what child would not want to feel like an adult? Therefore, the fifth precedence of controlling focuses more on future generations. Paid media "educate" younger generation, and poisoning young people with alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs destroys the gene pool. However, it is not only in children and adolescents that consciousness can be corrected by the method of destructive content.
As the notorious master of propaganda of the Third Reich said: "A lie told a thousand times becomes the truth." Even if an adult who has an understanding of what is "good" and what is "bad" every day is told that in fact the reality is the opposite, and that is called a little goes a long way. Thus, the fifth precedence of social controlling proves to be more efficient and cost-effective than the previous one. First, to destruct the enemy this way does not only bring losses, but, on the contrary, along the way it also allows you to earn money, and secondly, the enemy is weaker to resist, moreover, the enemy is completely in the illusion that to engage oneself in self-destruction is "his business" and "conscious choice".
The fourth precedence is economic.
As the Russian Empress Catherine II used to say: "Inebriated people are easier to control." But, on the other hand, intoxicated people lose productivity by much. So, it is a double-edged weapon. And then comes an even more subtle level of warfare i.e. economic. To implement this method of social controlling firstly it is necessary to force a person to consume. Virtually, a person does not need so much for a life worth living. Nutritionists say that a volume of one meal required for a person is the food that goes into his folded palms. Imagine that everyone will follow this rule. Food corporations will go bankrupt in a couple of months. Therefore, the first thing to do is to turn a person into an ideal consumer. This is done by advertising, both hidden and explicit. Clear advertising is familiar to everyone. But much more dangerous are the hidden methods. In case of hidden advertising, a person is not persuaded to buy anything and no specific products are advertised. A person is simply imposed a certain way of life as a norm.
For example, the present day society imposes an idea that a person without an expensive smart-phone at the price of five to ten salaries is just a loser who is behind the age. And if such an idea in society is prevalent, then there is no need to advertise smart-phones themselves in the first place. People will buy them without any advertising, because no one wants to be a loser who is behind the age. And resisting this "zombie programs" and constant "pecking" on this topic is done by very few. So, half of the work is already done as in the man is imposed lots of desires and aspirations. The rest happens by itself. The desires imposed on a person in the vast majority of cases do not coincide with his financial capabilities. And here the person is again carefully served ready-made solution which is "take a loan". If you observe your surroundings, you will most likely make sure that most of the people around you are already paying off some kind of loan. Why is this happening? Why is sometimes even an impressive salary deficient? Because "appetite comes with eating," or rather, under the influence of hidden and explicit advertising.
Have you ever faced a situation where someone from your surrounding has dramatically increased his income, even tenfold? Pay attention to what happens to such a person: in a couple of months he will again say that what he has is not enough. Why so? Because that is how the economic method of social controlling works: a person is constantly inspired with desires, false needs and so on, so that he is constantly in a state of serious shortage of money. Such people are easier to drive into loan slavery. And this scheme works on a global scale — at the level of nations and countries, when a whole state is driven into loans, and then it has to undertake the slavery conditions.
The third precedence is facto-logical.
The most powerful weapon of the information war is a false interpretation of facts. The simplest example is the popular idea that "brandy dilates the blood vessels". No one has studied this issue thoroughly, but for a number of reasons we can say that it is most likely true, as in brandy does dilate the vessels. But the most interesting thing is not this, the most interesting thing is that few people talk about what a huge harm alcohol brings to the body. This is a typical case of misinterpretation of a fact: to advertise something destructive, they find one insignificant advantage, inflate its importance to the size of the universe, and as for a thousand minuses, they are simply silenced. It is the media that plays the main role in this process. An example with brandy is the most primitive. The system works on a much more complex level. There's always something going on in the world.
Here is a simple example: say, there are two opposing sides, in any issue, some armed conflict, ideological confrontation, religious disagreement, whatever. And here comes a fact that directly or indirectly concerns both of these warring parties. And if you watch a television story or read an article in which one of the parties interprets this fact, and then read or listen to the interpretation of this fact by representatives of the other side, then comes a feeling that the event occurred in two parallel Universes. This is how the factual precedence of social controlling works: by misinterpreting the facts, deception is carried out on a mind-blowing scale.
The second precedence is chronological.
Past can be changed. Not until someone invented a time machine. However, in a sense, rewriting history is a time machine that allows you to change the past of entire nations. Think about what will be the idea of the great Patriotic War in, say, 300 years? And how much do we know about the Patriotic War of 1812? Most people know about it pretty vaguely. And if there are people who want to change the attitude of society to the war of 1812, they can easily do that, because most of us have knowledge about this war a little less than none. And this is another method to control the society i.e. by rewriting its past.
This method of controlling is well described in George Orwell's novel "1984". It is recommended to read in order to understand how grossly and shamelessly you can lie to people, and most importantly — how easy it is to convince them of craziest lies. And if someone thinks that this is all fantasy, please try to ask modern children something about the history of their country. There are, of course, pleasant exceptions, but in most cases you will be unpleasantly shocked. Just like a tree that cannot live without roots, people being deprived of the past have no future. And a bright future opens only to those who never forget their past. To give the most striking example, imagine a person who has completely lost his memory. Such people actually become disabled. The same thing happens to the people who have been deprived of the memory about the past.
The first precedence is methodological.
So now we come to the interesting part. What is the most effective and at the same time the most dangerous method of social controlling? The first precedence of social controlling is world-viewing. In fact, this method to control the society is the root or foundation of all others. The basis for all described above is a change in the human world-viewing. To implement all of the above techniques of social control, one should adjust the world-viewing of those people who undergo controlling. To start a war, it is necessary to "warm up" mutual hatred; to force people to get poisoned with alcohol and cigarettes, it is enough to persuade them that it is ok; to get them addicted to loans, to impose them false desires and aspirations; and false interpretation of the facts and "rewriting" of history — all these are the most real methods to adjust human world-viewing.
The third millennium has become the era of information technologies. Most of us find ourselves almost around the clock in the flow of various information. And this information determines our world-viewing, whether we want it or not. Indeed, the level of our awareness allows us to maintain some degree of freedom, but we can not say that information impact does not affect us at all. And in the era of information technology, the main war is not on the battlefield, but in the minds of people. And everyone who has been attacked by destructive information becomes, in the language of the military, "wounded in action", and everyone who believed this information and built it into their world-viewing becomes "killed in action". Look around — how many of these "killed in action" there are around, those people who have already been inspired that alcohol and cigarettes are almost a kind of food; and to reject these drugs is considered to be "running to extremes"? How many of us are the "wounded in action" who have already been told that the consumption of goods and services is the only worthy purpose for living? How many of us are those who consider altruism almost a mental disorder, and consumer lifestyle as the normal attitude of a "modern" man?
Can we say that these people made their own choice? The same way we could assert that a child, who has since childhood seen his parents regularly poisoning themselves with alcohol, made his "conscious choice" in favor of a similar lifestyle. If a person since his childhood is told that "two multiplied by two makes five", to sway his opinion would be extremely difficult. And, moreover, if an adult who knows for sure that two multiplied by two makes four, is told by people around him that "two multiplied by two is five", he will sooner or later believe it. This idea was very eloquently expressed by George Orwell in his novel: "Freedom is the possibility to say that twice two is four. For if it is permitted, then all the rest follows it." Sanity and awareness is our most powerful weapons in confronting all six methods to control the society. And if you know for sure that twice is four, if you convinced yourself via personal experience, it will be extremely difficult to convince you otherwise.
