To find a board on the Dashboard, click Search at the top of the page or press Ctrl+F. The three most recently opened boards will appear under the search bar right away.
Start typing a board name, a phrase, or a word that might be a part of a board description. You will see all the boards shared with you in the current team. Hover over the board name to see the details:
- board owner / online users / contributors / people who have been explicitly added to the board / access settings
- board location (Team name > Project name)
- board description
- board creation date
- date of the last modification
You can narrow the search by Location and Owner. To apply filters, click on the team or choose an owner in the drop-down list under the search bar. To remove a filter, click X.
The search window will display results based on the current team workspace you're in. If there are related results in other teams, you will see the list of teams at the bottom of the search window.
Enterprise users can perform a full cross-team search from their Dashboard. That means any related content from teams that are under the Enterprise subscription will surface in the search results. They can search by board title, description, or text from any widgets, comments, sticky notes, etc. by typing a word or a phrase in the search bar.
The search window will show all the content items that contain the word or phrase you are looking for. You can click on each item under the Content section to view search results and expand the list of matches by clicking on the arrow on the left of the board name.
When you click on a specific search result under this section, the board will open to the specific location of the board where that search result exists so you don’t have to look for it.
