There is a number of ways to save your boards, all of them are available in the Export menu on the board.
⚠️ High-quality resolution export is only available for Team, Business, Consultant, Enterprise and Education plans.

Save as image

Export boards as a JPG image - Small, Medium and Large - and as a PDF file in Vector quality (vector quality is only saved as a PDF file). Select the quality and choose the part of the board that you wish to export.

You can export individual frames as JPG images. To do this, right-click the needed frame - you will then see the context menu - choose Export as image:

With vector export, you can preserve the image quality when exporting large boards.
Please note, that bitmap images on the board are still compressed during the upload, whereas objects created in Miro (shapes, stickers, text, links, etc.) will keep their quality.

This option allows you to export Frames as a PDF document - Small or best Vector quality. To export the board as a PDF file, you need to create at least one frame. Each frame will become a separate page in the resulting PDF document.

💡 Please note that the PDF export means that all the frames are exported as a single file. If you'd like to export only some of the frames, remove the other ones and undo this action after the export. Or select several frames and export them via the context menu.

Save board as template
Create and share custom templates with your team to ensure the scalability and consistency of team processes. Choose the Save as a Template option in the Export menu - the whole board will be saved as a template.
Download board backup
With the backup feature, you can create archived copies of your boards. Find more information in the corresponding article Board Backup.
Embed
Embedding a board created in Miro is a great way to share your work with your blog followers or visitors of your website without sending invitations. All the changes you make to the board will be reflected in the embedded window. See more in Embedding Boards into Websites.
Export to spreadsheet (CSV)
Available in: Chrome, IE and Firefox browsers
All the stickies and texts in a single frame can be exported to a CSV file. To do that right-click the needed frame and choose Export to CSV in the context menu:

As a result, you will have a CSV file with the board content put into columns in the following order: text - URL (if present on the board) - sticky note tags (if present on the board).
You can also select several objects that include text and export them as a CSV file.

Save to Google Drive
Use this option to create a link to your board in your Google Drive directory. This way it becomes accessible just like one of the files or documents stored to your Drive. Click the board icon within the Google Drive interface to open a new instance of Miro in your browser.
⚠️ Note that the board data are not actually stored in Google Drive, it only keeps the board link.
