How to do office exercises?

Back and neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and constant fatigue are largely a consequence of sedentary lifestyle. To avoid such troubles, you can warm up right at your workplace.

Here is your checklist for a good warm-up:

— Move every part of your body and mobilise your joints from top to bottom: neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, spine, hips, knees and ankles.

— Start slowly and then increase the intensity of repetitions. This will help you to avoid injuries.

— Try as many different exercise movements as possible. Twisting and stretching will be just fine.
