Output resolution - Here you need to understand what quality you will broadcast the game, if you want to broadcast in 720p, then you should set 1280x720, but if in FULL HD, then set 1920x1080
Zoom filter - Set bilinear (the fastest, but blurring when zooming)
The target value of FPS - Here you need to set again from your capabilities, if you want to broadcast in 60 fps, then you need to set 60, but if you do not have such an opportunity, it is better to set 25 or 30. The video will not be particularly noticeable, but will significantly reduce the load on your PC
Just very much advise you to put a check mark to Disable Aero - This item will reduce the load from your theme and add you a little fps.
