On January 28, “Trust” Bank placed an order for the provision of the legal services on its website. According to the documentation, available at https://www.trust.ru/, the bank needs lawyers to represent its interests in the High Court of Justice in England and Wales. It is also known that the bank plans to collect the debt from the guarantors of WILEYFOX EUROPE LIMITED - N. Valimahomed and R. Agee under three guarantee (surety) agreements in court.
“Wileyfox Europe Limited” is a smartphones producing company, based in the UK. Previously, it was credited by “Promsvyazbank”, the non-core assets of which are in “Trust” Bank now. Since 2018, Wileyfox has been in bankruptcy, as the Central Bank of Russia has limited the lending to “Promsvyazbank's” foreign partners.
According to the terms of reference of the bank, the following tasks were assigned to the lawyers:
- To prepare and submit a search and necessary procedural documents, letters of claim, testimonies and expert conclusions;
- To represent the interests of the Bank in a court hearing during the process of considering the merits of the case.
Terms of service are set in 750 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
For the services, mentioned above, the Bank is ready to pay 454 thousand pounds.
