Sugar hair removal is one of the oldest cosmetic procedures, the birthplace of shugaring is considered to be Ancient Egypt. In Ancient Persia, sugaring was quite popular, since it was considered indecent to have hair on the body. Therefore, one of the names of the procedure is Persian hair removal. In the modern world, epilation has become a fairly popular procedure since the mid-1980s.

The first difference is in the heating temperature. The temperature of the wax is 40 °C, and the sugar is heated to 37 °C. a Slight difference of 3 degrees makes it possible to apply sugaring even with varicose disease.
Removing the mixture. Wax is removed against hair growth, sugar - in the direction of hair growth. Although at the moment there are waxes, for example, film, which are applied in the technique of Sugaring, i.e. against hair growth; and the hair growth applicationis removed. So, sugaring is considered a less painful procedure, however, the initial procedure may still require preliminary anesthesia with a tablet or ointment.
