Hi all,
This is my first article in Zen (what a weird name), but I think it will be a funny journey.
My name is Fernando, and I’m originally from Puerto Rico (anyone knows where it is?) I moved to the U.S. with my family when I was 10. Couple of years ago I met Irina, she’s from Russia. I fell in love with her and we married. But that’s the other story.
Last summer a crazy thing came to Irina’s mind. What if we live in Russia for couple of years (saying, I’m a freelancer, it doesn’t matter to me where to live). She told me that we can rent out our house and that the money we get for that would be pretty enough not only to rent an apartment here in Russia, but to have a comfortable life as well.
So we moved. That was the most spontaneous decision in my entire life and I was very afraid to come to the winterland with bears outside but no weapons allowed LOL 😂
And what’s the funniest thing?! I see no bears, the weather is quite comfortable (at least in Moscow, when we arrived), no snow. Where the fuck is all that shit? I’m very disappointed! In fact - not :) But pretty surprised. Because it’s not as I was thinking about.
Well anyway, let’s see how it goes.
