In modern society, traditionally and quite rightly there is an opinion about the great influence on harmonious development and upbringing, physical culture. But it is necessary to recognize that the problems of upbringing of a person's physical and social health are multilevel, integrative in nature, and only by the efforts of representatives of physical culture and sport they are not solved.
Recently popular concept of social health characterizes to a great extent the economic and social potential of the country, which is historically conditioned by the influence of various environmental factors, mentality and way of life of the population, which allow to provide an optimal level of quality and safety of life of citizens, family and society.
In the process of upbringing, the individual, the family, State, and public institutions, educational and training institutions, the media and others interact. In our view, upbringing is largely a motivational component that encourages children to actively seek knowledge, creativity, justice, altruism, healthy lifestyles, improvement and personal growth.
The role and importance of the organization of the educational environment, parental and pedagogical support, assistance to the child in this process is great. The experience of generations passed from older to younger is also important. It is possible to generalize: upbringing is an acquaintance of the child and the young person to cultural life activity by means of the influence of senior generations on younger ones.
The essence, the main purpose of upbringing is to form the spiritual core of a person - his inner spiritual world, which is manifested in the system of his emotional and value relations to the world around him and to himself.
Upbringing is a universal process of formation of Man, the duration of which, the level of maturity depends on personal potentials. Today, a school teacher and a teacher dissociate themselves from education. Referring to the fact that he is a carrier of knowledge, that is, education and education should be engaged in the family and parents. And really, whether it is necessary for educational institutions to be engaged in education? Doesn't this make the institution of state upbringing a mechanism of manipulation, the formation of socially adapted individuals with a flawed process of self-development and self-actualization? And how is it that children and young people in our society, where there is almost no state education, are socialized?
For example, the problem of strengthening the health of the nation, peoples, government officials, especially from Eastern Europe, is solved very simply, considering that the problem of health in the insufficient motivation of their citizens to move. But this is the deepest mistake. The problem of the upbringing of the younger generation is not only in the fight against hyperdynamic, but the existing direct dependence on the following factors, which are not solved by the humanitarian state structures:
- ecology;
- low insufficient medical care;
- heredity (genetics)
- socio-economic, geopolitical factors;
- widespread of harmful habits among young people
When creating educational programs, building guidelines for civic education, we must understand that the enormous impact on the formation of a person has:
1. the mentality of the population (national character);
2. the way of life of the population;
3. socio-economic, geopolitical, geographical, cultural-historical, religious and other factors
Liberal globalization and its educational impact on human beings must be taken into account. Cultivated consumption creates a modern type of social personality, cynicism, and pragmatism. Accordingly, the facet of entropy and self-destruction is very close to such a society. The components of a harmonious upbringing of a person, starting from childhood, are based on parental love, healthy nutrition, stimulating the role of physical culture and comfortable social environment. Unfortunately, especially young families, do not always have such opportunities, plus the priority of young people in education, development of their own careers, do not contribute to the upbringing of their children, the formation of an integral social personality.
In the context of liberal globalization and the dehumanization of modern society, a significant role in the educational process is assigned to the formation of education for a healthy lifestyle and social maturity, both in the family and the educational system as a whole. The future of the younger generation and society as a whole depends on this union.
