After all, for a house to be built, you need a project with blueprints. If you want to start your own business, you need to understand what kind of business to start. And for this you need to conduct marketing research.
And also with the goals, it is necessary to define what we want. Objectives should be prescribed in all areas.

It can help us achieve what we want in life with minimal effort. Using this formula, we will gain confidence and respect for ourselves. This in turn will allow us to achieve success in all areas of life.
What is the essence of this formula? We are 100% responsible for our actions, and the universe will help us. For example, we have set a goal to take part in the marathon in 6 months.
We don't know what will happen to us in six months, so it's not right to say we'll be able to run. How can we say this correctly?
I must say that we will attend training sessions for six months, and if the universe will be okay (we will be healthy, etc.), we will take part in the marathon.
Here, our goal is to ACT THAT, THAT we WILL ACTIVITIES TO RESULT
What do you see most often? For example, you need to train for one hour every day to come to the result.
Perhaps, in a day, two of us will not be able to fulfill this goal. And then in a day. And having missed the training, we have the idea in our subconscious that it will be impossible to fulfill our decision.
Inside us there is a fuse that works. This leads to the fact that we do not want to achieve this goal. To prevent this from happening, we need to use the "M100%M" formula.
The first "M" is the minimum value that we will do under any circumstances.
In our example, this is a training session at least 15 minutes a day. This minimum value we are committed to perform constantly, without any exceptions (even if it's thunder). What will it give us?
First, we'll get used to doing what we need to do day in and day out.
Second, 15-minute lessons also bring us closer to our goal. And of course, where 15 min., there are 20, 30, and maybe even 40 min. Thus, we can easily get rid of laziness, which can resist against training for an hour.
And the most important thing is that we keep our trust in ourselves and our word. We end up implementing all our decisions and commitments, which lead to goals. That's what the first "M" in our formula means.
100% is what we need. It's within the hour of the lesson. If we make decisions according to the formula "M100%M" - it is this figure that will be in 85% of cases.
The other "M" is the maximum value. This is not a real indicator, which we will be able to fulfill if we have inspiration. This is our beacon.
In our example, it can be two hours a day or two hours a day. And we have to be sure that we will have such days.
When setting goals according to this formula, we have the following picture
