In this scenario, you will gain weight. We don't need that. So after 15.00 no carbohydrates, only protein food + fiber (vegetables) + plain water.

If you are 18 years of age = I recommend eating WINDOW of 8 hours, and 16 hours to CONSISTENTLY FAST.

This is called periodic fasting 8/16. Window 8 hours you can eat all you want (I go out 3-4 meals) = when the window is closed = 16 hours you fast. I say stick to this diet.

Although it is not a diet, it is a very competent nutrition principle suitable for weight loss / healthy lifestyle. I recommend it to all my clients who are 18+. If and you there is 18 = stick to!

Make a schedule (plan) power for yourself

A very simple example (power system) :

3 standard meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

2 meals to eat fruit

As a result: 5 meals a day.

Here's how it might look (just for example):

8.00-Breakfast (carbohydrates + proteins + fats + fiber)

10.00-fruit snack

13.00-lunch (carbohydrates + proteins + fats + fiber)

15.00 — fruits
