As mentioned above, it all starts with thought. When you think about illness or health, these processes can accelerate. Sometimes thoughts of fear can kill a person. A gloomy face is the result of your thoughts. And on the other hand, if a person thinks of something good, then his body becomes graceful.
Only positive thoughts give a positive result. Therefore, to achieve success you should have only positive thoughts. Your thoughts should not be directed at the negative moments that surround us. The more we think about them, the more they affect you and lead to an active destructive action.
We must try not to think about what we do not want (to be sick, to be poor, to grow old). On the contrary, we need to direct our thoughts to what we want (to be healthy, well-being, young, respected).
It is believed that our brain does not perceive a piece of "not." Maybe that’s why we don’t like being told arm in arm.
You must have witnessed how completely benevolent tips like “look do not stumble” led to completely opposite results.
In this regard, your thoughts should not be directed at what you want to get rid of (excitement, anxiety, trouble), but what you want to get (calm, confidence, material well-being).
But how to tune in to positive thinking? This is a difficult task.
The first thing to do is learn to smile! You might think that smiling people annoy other people. But this is not at all true. Annoyance is experienced by people who see the world in two colors: in black and ... in very black.
A smile creates inner comfort and a favorable atmosphere around you. People prefer to communicate with a cheerful person. Gloomy - avoided. Therefore, having developed the habit of smiling, you will more easily enter the world of prosperous people and achieve your goals. Wealthy people smile more often than the poor.
And some of the great people became successful only because they stopped paying attention to the voices and points of view of other people who were negative in themselves. Such great people as Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Pablo Picasso, were drinking. All of their loved ones, teachers and even society thought that something worthwhile would not come out of them. But these people believed in themselves and became great. There is a very good expression of Henry Ford: "Do you think that you will not succeed, or do you think the opposite will succeed - you are always right."
All that a person achieves: on a physical level, psychological or spiritual - this is the result of your thoughts. Find out your gift. The people around you may not reveal you. What they do is not important. It is necessary that you yourself reveal yourself. Revealed their abilities and talents. Popularity is when people around you love you. Happiness is when you yourself love.
