If you snap at your loved ones, if you react with tears to any trifle, if you are close to the idea of "Everyone went...", then either you are pregnant (congratulations!:), or you are running out of strength :(. How to quickly restore strength in this case? Restoration of forces directly depends on how much they are exhausted. Today I want to talk about the techniques I use during the day to avoid such exhaustion. And here I stick to the principle that if there is no time to rest, pause before you get tired. Then the fatigue will not accumulate and you can work, work, work without stopping. One of the key moments of such rest - an absolute change of activity, and it is desirable in all areas (body, emotions, mind, soul). If you sat down, you need to walk. If you worked with your head, you need to let your thoughts rest. If he gathered the children in the kindergarten was tense emotionally, he should have something positive to drink:) How well you combine all spheres, so effective will be your rest.
I use two ways to restore strength: active and passive. I use the active ones to shake the body after sitting work, and the passive ones to relax after catching guinea pigs in the apartment of active physical and emotional activity.
So, my 4 best ways to actively regain strength.
Dance to the music of my favorite performer so that it gets hot. Duration - 5-7 minutes. This is the easiest, fastest and most effective way to restore strength after an hour and a half of work at the computer. It allows you to recover physically, emotionally, relax mentally and even recharge spiritually if you like the music very much. It is very important to switch completely to dance. I close my eyes for this.
Dynamic meditation Osho. In short, it's just to freak out the active movement of all parts of the body to any dynamic music. The main thing is that you move without any rules, the movement goes from the inside - as you want. I often use vibrations and abdominal dance movements here (I used to do a workshop at the weekend and still use my skills:). It is not only the shaking of the body, but also a colossal emotional relaxation. In general, this is done for hours, but when you need to quickly restore strength, and 5-10 minutes is enough.
Take a shower and rub yourself with an energetic sponge. This method, of course, is only available at home and takes a little longer than the previous two, but it is invigorating and refreshing. If after that you rub a nicely smelling body milk, then for 2-3 hours of work will be enough without problems!
Do some homework. Here are suitable cases, five-minute, which requires active body movements. At the very least, you can turn on the music and speed up the rhythm of movement around the apartment. I usually load laundry in the washing machine, unload the dishwasher, my sinks or vacuum cleaner.
My three best ways to recharge my batteries are passive. These are the ways I use when laziness overcomes the active ways to regain strength do not bring the desired result.
5. Go out on the terrace, warm your face in the sun, do exercises for the eyes. In this case, the body is recharged by several sources at once: light, fresh air, nature. Sometimes I pour myself tea and listen to birds singing. I sniff tea intensively. Aromatherapy is a well-known way to relax and recharge energy. By the way, tea is the next on my list of "recharges".
6. Drink tea. I have about 20 kinds of tea. So I drink them every chance I get. The effect of novelty and warm water flowing through the body gives a great relaxing effect and then tones it up. In the past, I wrote about ways to cheer up, which I read about in a book. It also wrote that drinking warm water is an ancient oriental way to energize oneself. It is very useful to drink about 2 liters of warm water a day. Recently I bought a thermal cup and take it to playgrounds, saunas and other places where you can't relax. It is a psychological anchor to restore my strength.
7. Lie on the couch and listen to slow compositions. Now I am listening to "Australian Janis Joplin", the winner of the first issue of "Voice" in Australia - Karise Eden." I recommend it.
