Do you have time for your cat?

The game is important and even if they live in the company of other cats, those moments of total harmony with their "human" friend will always look for them anyway. Unlike the dog with which you establish a relationship closer to the servant-owner, with the cat prepares to have a relationship "on an equal footing" and in the worst-case scenario to be you ... the servant 😉

Well, now that you've thought about it think again and visualize the moment of food, one of the best moments of the existence of your companion for life, then there are the games and the purr...

Do you have time to devote to your cat or will you just fill the bowl of crunchy food between your hectic and fast "lunch break" and the other?

As you can see, one of the most important aspects that are often underestimated is our own lifestyle.

In the last few decades, there has been nothing but talk of cats, the presence of a cat in television advertising has grown exponentially in the last 3 years (and not only in those relating to food, which already abounds in itself ... just notice). Every happy family has a pet and, in this case, the cat is really pushing hard.

The step is short... we want a cat too. But are we sure we can afford it?

From here, therefore, we can perhaps draw a first very important consideration regarding the feeding of the cat: do you have a lifestyle that can allow you to have enough time to devote to all the needs of your cat, including food? Well, follow the advice we will soon give you and your cat will grow up healthy and grateful.

Don't have time to devote to your cat?

You're probably getting sick...and with you your cat.

In this case, you can stop reading this article and return to read the following when you have some time for yourself and your cat, as for any other member of your family and you have learned to give priority and higher values to the things that make you feel good in life.

Basic guidelines for proper feeding of your cat

The cat is a carnivorous animal.

Think for a moment about another carnivorous animal in nature, try to give corn or a bowl of rice or wheat to a tiger, a crocodile...it would probably like it if accompanied by a piece of your forearm that still moves, right?

Well, if your kitten tender and cute, your "domestic" kitty could really be a master-micro-chef for a day his ideal menu would be composed more or less like this:

Did you two get over your hunger?

Ah, I forgot... one of the main dishes should still be alive if possible...a matter of taste...we humans (omnivores) eat live seafood and we are not shocked at all.

Ethical and moral discourses we leave them to deontologists and moralist demagogues, we will only deal with making sure that what is preferred by the cat (see the menu above), through a necessary mediation to operate with the needs of modern man, arrives at the domestic cat in the least counterfeit way possible.

The cat is carnivorous and must eat meat and a generous quantity of fats, period.

The vitamins he needs are synthesized from the meat and also the mineral salts; a cat that eats meat needs less water because it assimilates it from the "wet" food.

Have you found a brand, a company in particular that in the label of the product, in addition to praising the qualities of completeness of vitamin and protein supplies and other commercials ... tell you clearly things like "in this box or in these crunchy there is 80% of "meat" (whether it is beef, pork, chicken, rabbit, etc..)?!

Well, choose that one.

Then, it's up to your way of seeing things, to your knowledge, to the way in which your sensitivity has established itself with regard to the concept of healthy and genuine.

But choose the one, that for the times that run, is more than fine.

In these (rare) cases, we are at least sure to bring the noble proteins of meat to our cat.

Unfortunately, we will by-pass, however, in this case, all that will be related, specifically, to the "modus operandi" of food companies (both in human and veterinary), to their hygiene protocols (whether respected or not) and their mission (to eat healthily or get rich?).

If, on the other hand, on the label of the can or bag of crunchy products there is the talk of a 4% of meat products, know that you are giving your a-micro 80% of carbohydrates mixed with some vitamins, appetizers, and only 4% ... certainly not meat, but "waste" (innards, hair, bones, nails, etc..): the only protein contribution

The continuation should be...
